Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By signing up for RENTACRUSIER , you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

2. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Vendor Terms

If you register as a vendor, you agree to offer 5% commission per every successful booking facilitated through the RENTACRUSIER platform. This commission will be deducted from the booking amount and paid to RENTACRUSIER.

4. Service Usage

You agree to use RENTACRUSIER only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You may not use the service in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the service.

5. Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of RENTACRUSIER, to understand our practices.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms.

7. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
